Tasting Notes: The label was created in homage to Camila who, in 2014, at the age of 92, harvested her last harvest at Quinta do Espinho. This salmon-colored wine has a complex aroma, with floral notes predominating. It is well-concentrated, very lively and fresh, with aromas of red fruits combined with a balanced and mineral acidity that prolongs the tasting. This wine has a gourmet style, is very elegant and has an intense aromatic expression.
Winemaking: Winemaking is done in a traditional granite “lagar” at a controlled temperature of 25º. Malolactic fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank immediately after alcoholic fermentation. After fermentation, the wine is transferred to a stainless steel tank. Partially aged in French oak barrels.
Suggestions: Goes well with game meat and oven-roasted fish. Store horizontally in a cool, dry place, away from light and temperature fluctuations. Serve at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC. Consume in moderation.
