**PREAMBLE**

1. These general sales conditions are agreed upon between Encontros Com Vinho Premium, Lda, with its registered office at Rua de Bruxelas, No.150 L Mindelo – 4485-502 Vila do Conde, tax identification number 514165260, hereinafter referred to as "ENCONTROS COM VINHO," and individuals wishing to make purchases through the website www.encontroscomvinho.pt, hereinafter referred to as the "User."

2. The parties agree that purchases made through the website www.encontroscomvinho.pt will be exclusively governed by this contract, excluding any conditions previously available on the website.

**ARTICLE 1 – OBJECT**

1. These general sales conditions aim to provide and define all necessary information to the User regarding the order, sale, payment, and delivery procedures of purchases made on the website www.encontroscomvinho.pt.

2. These conditions regulate all necessary steps to place an order and ensure the follow-up of this order between the Contracting Parties.

**ARTICLE 2 – ORDER**

1. The User places an order by completing the purchasing process presented on the website www.encontroscomvinho.pt, adding the product(s) or service(s) they wish to order to the shopping cart:

2. To submit their order, the User must:

   a) Register on the website www.encontroscomvinho.pt, providing the requested information.

   b) Log in (providing an email and password chosen by the User during registration).

   c) Complete the information and choose the options provided during the order completion process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the taxpayer number and the name to appear on the invoice for tax purposes).

3. The final confirmation of the order by the User is considered as full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale, as well as these General Sales Conditions, which will be the only ones applicable to the concluded contract.

4. The COMPANY will honor orders received online only within the limits of available stocks. In case of unavailability of the product, ENCONTROS COM VINHO undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.

5. The information on the invoice is the sole responsibility of the User. Once issued, the invoice cannot be reissued with changes.

6. Order requests are valid for 5 days, unless the order is placed under a promotional campaign defining a different deadline. Prices, discounts, promotions, and offers cannot be guaranteed beyond this period. If payment is not received within this time, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be refunded or used in a new order.

**ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT**

1. On the website www.encontroscomvinho.pt, ENCONTROS COM VINHOS offers the User the following payment methods:

   a) Credit card (Visa, Mastercard);

   b) Multibanco reference;

   c) Bank transfer;

2. In the case of credit card payment, the debit will be made on the User's card immediately after confirmation of the shipment of the goods. If some ordered products are out of stock, the amount for those items will be credited to the User's card after the order is closed.

**ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY**

Delivery of orders will take place within 5 working days after the order is placed. Additional shipping costs may apply to the order, and these will be indicated at the time of order completion.

**ARTICLE 5 – PRICES**

1. Prices are in Euros, including taxes, considering the VAT in force at the time of payment.

2. In case of a price increase for any product, the User will be immediately informed and can choose to receive the order (paying the difference) or cancel it.

**ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATION AND RETURNS**

1. The cancellation or return process is handled on a case-by-case basis by Encontros Com Vinho Premium, Lda. The request should be submitted in writing to the email [email protected], within 2 days after the order, and the instructions for cancellation or return of the goods will be responded to and defined by ENCONTROS COM VINHO, using the same means of communication.

2. Whenever possible, the return should be made using the same payment method. If not possible, the User must provide proof of payment and ownership of the account or card for a refund via bank transfer.

3. ENCONTROS COM VINHO undertakes to refund the User within a maximum of 21 days.

4. Returned products must be in a condition suitable for resale, i.e., in the same condition as when they reached the User's hands, without any anomalies or damage.

5. If the value resulting from the exchange of products from an order is lower or higher than the initial value, the adjustment conditions will be indicated by ENCONTROS COM VINHOS.

**ARTICLE 7 – PRIVACY POLICY**

The processing of your data is carried out in compliance with legislation on the protection of personal data. The data, subject to computer

 processing, will be included in the company's database(s) and are intended for recording and presenting other products and services, as well as institutional information, to be provided by the same.

Providing this information is optional, and you have the right of access, rectification, and deletion of any data concerning you, personally or in writing, directly to the address listed on the homepage of this website.
