Only the second Vintage Port produced by the winery, this is lighter styled with moderate tannins. The concentration and structure are good but around average. The flavors and the aromatics are classic, making this a Port you’ll love to drink, and the price is nice. It will certainly benefit from a decade of age, but you can explore this relatively young if you wish. This is a very nice effort, showing a serious face at times to go with the fine fruit. There were 2,750 bottles produced.”
