2016 Duas Quintas Tinto

Vinificação: Uvas são colhidas à mão para caixas de 150 quilos, esmagadas e desengaçadas, e depois fermentadas em lagares de granito e cubas de inox, onde as uvas são maceradas o tempo necessário para obter um vinho com o corpo e estrutura desejados. Depois da fermentação malolática, 20% do vinho estagia em barricas de carvalho francês, 30% em cubas de carvalho e o restante é armazenado em cubas de inox durante 12 meses. O vinho foi engarrafado em fevereiro de 2018.

Sugestões: Acompanha bem pratos de aves que não são muito fortes, mas têm um pouco de gordura, como frango ou peru assado no forno, gratinados, bacalhau com natas, lasanha vegetariana e cannelloni. Excelente também na companhia de charcutaria, carnes grelhadas e queijos de leite de ovelha curado. Armazenar em posição horizontal, em local fresco e seco, ao abrigo da luz e de oscilações de temperatura. Servir à temperatura de 16ºC a 18ºC. Consumir com moderação.
