Prémios e Recomendações
2020
Wine Enthusiast, Roger Voss, EUA | 91/100 PTS, “A warm, ripe and richly structured wine, this blend of Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca is from a steep vineyard on the Douro’s south bank. The 12 months of wood aging and the warm fruitiness mark it as a wine that will be ready soon. Drink from late 2020.“
Wine Spectator, Gillian Sciaretta, EUA | 88/100 PTS, “Details of violet and herb mark the boysenberry and ripe raspberry flavors of this concentrated red, with mineral, spice and anise notes, framed by plush tannins on the finish. Drink now through 2024.”
2019
Robert Parker – Wine Advocate, Mark Squires, EUA | 92/100 PTS, “Compared to the regular Tinto, this adds some generosity, but it is still tightly wound and beautifully structured. Never jammy, while showing fine fruit and concentration, this is built to age. Refined, round, but very serious and carefully crafted, this is pretty terrific. It’s an even better value. The Grande Reserva doubles the price and is better, but it might not add enough extra to justify that doubled price. They will separate more as they age, but bargain hunters take note in the meanwhile. You can drink it now, but it will be better in a few years.”
2017
2014
Wine & Spirits Magazine, Joshua Greene, EUA | 92/100 PTS, “This vineyard, on the south bank of the Douro near Tua, produced a delicate, anise-scented wine in 2010. There’s richness to the violet and strawberry flavor, a juiciness that deepens from silk into velvet. While the tannins are assertive, they feel firm rather than heavily extracted, sustaining the delicacy of the flavor and making it compellingly drinkable.”
